The Fiddler Green Home Owners Association encompasses 119 homes. The Association also includes the pool, park, tennis courts and basketball courts. Adjacent to the association is also a County owned park. The balance of the homes in the Country Club Estates development do not have rights to the Fiddler Green Community amenities.

Six lots on Bandos 1915 through 1960, Erin Drive 13060 through 13295 as well as 5 lots on Erin across from the park 1698 through 12380.
